Booking
- 1. E-mail or phone Kathy (+33 559 66 08 16) to check availability, any day of the week, daytime or evening. We are always happy to respond to your questions as soon as possible
- 2. Send the completed booking form to us by post or e-mail with the booking deposit of 25% of the total cost. The balance of your holiday costs must be received eight weeks before departure date, bookings made within this time must be accompanied by the full payment
- 3. A breakage deposit of 700EUR is due on arrival. This will be returned to you within 14 days of departure assuming no breakages, damages or extra cleaning required.
- 4. Payment, in euros, can be made by bank transfer. The bank details will be provided at time of booking.
- 5. Upon receipt of your booking form we will send you our booking confirmation.
- 6. Once a booking has been confirmed deposits are neither transferable nor refundable.
- 7. Optional extras are paid for in France in euros.
Availability and Prices
Bookings for Active Vacances normally run from 4 pm Saturday to 10 am Saturday.

Prices are for the rental of the property and include accommodation, bedlinen, towels, electricity, heating, logs for the wood burning stove, suggested routes/maps Optional extras – home cooking, guided routes, pick-up/drop-off - local & airport Not included are flights, airport collection/drop-off, holiday insurance.
